Terms & Conditions for Classes

What’s included

All materials stated in the class details on our website are included in the class fee. If you are required to bring additional materials to the class, this requirement will be made clear in the joining instructions sent to you when you book.

Light refreshments (tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits) are included throughout the class, but please note that 1 day classes do not include lunch.

Venue facilities can differ. We will confirm available facilities at time of booking.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance in order to secure your place. We accept electronic bank transfer. Details will be sent to you upon booking.

We also accept cheques made payable to “R. O’Callaghan” but we would need to receive them at least 7 days in advance of the class date to allow for them to clear.

Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel your place on a class unfortunately the following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellation 28+ days before class date: 50% of class fee unless we are able to resell the place.
  • Cancellation less than 28 days before class date: 100% of class fee unless we are able to resell the place.

If you do need to cancel you are welcome to send another person in your place instead. This does not incur any fee. Please just advise us of your replacement’s name and contact details as soon as possible.

Please note that “cancellation” includes needing to move your place from one booked class to another.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event of us needing to cancel a class we will give as much notice as possible and will offer you a place on an alternative class. If this class is not suitable for any reason then your full fees will be refunded. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any other/3rd party costs you may have incurred in relation to the original class booking.
